NDLEA Intercepts Cocaine, Skunk Hidden in Mattresses, Car Parts
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has uncovered large quantities of cocaine, skunk, and other illicit substances concealed in mattresses and vehicle parts.
The NDLEA’s Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, confirmed the interception in a statement on his verified X account on Sunday.
Sharing a video of the seized drugs, the agency wrote: “Narco-trend: Everywhere #ndlea_nigeria officers turned this past week, it was a harvest of arrests and seizures of cocaine, skunk, etc., in unusual places – mattresses, auto parts. Take a quick look at some of them before we serve you the full details in our statement at noon today.”
