Nigeria Music Star, Kizz Daniel Arrested In Tanzania
Nigeria singer, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, also known as Kizz Daniel has been arrested by the police in Tanzania for failing to show up at his scheduled concert.
Kizz Daniel was reportedly shecheduled to perform at the Warehouse, Old Nextdoor Arena in Tanzania on Sunday night but failed to show up at the venue.
Reports said the ‘Buga’ crooner refused to mount the stage because he allegedly forgot his travelling bag in Uganda and didn’t want to wear borrowed clothes.
However, the angry fans who reportedly paid $5000 for tables were seen hurling bottles at each other and destroying properties at the event centre.
This is the second time the singer has failed to perform at a fully booked concert while fans waited.
He had last month kept fans waiting for hours at his DMV concert in New York but later blamed his no-show on immigration challenges.
Recently, the singer was invited by the Lagos State Police Command for questioning over the seizure of a bus belonging to his dry cleaner.
It was gathered that he confiscated the laundry bus of a company he contracted to do laundry for him.
Allegedly, Kizz Daniel was said to have impounded the bus on the grounds that his clothes which were worth N14 million were damaged by the laundry company.
