He announced the forthcoming launch of the “Renewed Hope Labour Employment and Empowerment Programme (LEEP)”, designed to create 2.5 million jobs annually.
The president lauded state governors who have embraced the government’s mechanized farming program and approved the establishment of a local plant to assemble tractors and other farming equipment.
