The former deputy governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore has cast his vote at the polling unit 3 ward 1, Ife East for the ongoing presidential and National Assembly elections.
Omisore arrived the polling unit and cast his vote at exactly 11am at St Gabriel Primary School, Moore, Ile Ife.
Omisore, who addressed the media after voting said the process of the conduct of the election was slow but peaceful.
He also said the security personnel such as the Police, Civil Defence and others are so scanty.
In the meantime, the Speaker, Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Najeem Salam cast his vote at Unit 6, Ward 4 Oke -Odo Ilupeju 1 in Ejigbo Local Government Area.
The duo commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the people for trooping out to exercise their franchise.
