NIM Offers To Develop Managers

The Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) is to assist practicing Managers or those aspiring to become one in participating in correspondence type of job or the job courses comprising various functional areas of management.
The state Coordinator of the (NIM) in Osun State, Mr Babatunde Dagunduro disclosed the measure while speaking to newsmen at a forum in Osogbo.
According to him, the function of the (NIM) was to determine the knowledge and skill to be attained by any individuals who wants to become a professional Manager.
The institute, he said is also to improve the managerial effectiveness in organisation and contribute substantially to the career development of individuals.
However the NIM is empowered by the status establishing them to regulate and control their field and branch of management profession in all its aspect and ramifications.
