NJC Clears Justice Adepele Ojo Of Alleged Misconduct
The National Judicial Council has cleared the Chief Judge of Osun State, Hon. Justice Oyebola Adepele Ojo, of all allegations of financial recklessness, diversion of funds and judicial misconduct.
The Council upheld the findings of an investigation committee which found no evidence to support claims of misappropriation, abuse of office or breach of the Code of Conduct, and dismissed all petitions against him.
Earlier, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Yomi Alliyu, announced that the Justice Ojo has been cleared by the apex disciplinary body of the Nigerian judiciary.
Alliyu in a Facebook post, wrote “Rț. Hon. Justice Oyabola Adepele Ojo has been exculpated by the NJC’s verdict
“No case to answer!
The Lord is good! Always!.”
