NNPC Leadership Academy GM Lauds Aregbesola’s Intervention In Education

 

The Group General Manager, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Leadership Academy, Musa S. Gimba, has lauded Governor Rauf Aregbesola’s interventions in the education sector, describing it as a reference point in Nigeria.

Gimba who led a group of staff of the academy to Osun for a three-day visit, said he was impressed on the development and promotion of functional education in the state, just as he recommended the interventions of the Aregbesola’s administration in education sector to other states’ governors.

Giving the report of his observation on Monday, Gimba said the team was in the state to understudy ‘some of the state of the art and world class schools built by the Aregbesola’s government.

According to Gimba, the team also came to confirm the positive information and very high commendations of the model of management and organization in the Osun education sector.

At Anthony Udofia Government Elementary School, Osogbo, Gimba said the team observed the enthusiastic and confident pupils, enjoying their nutritious and tasty free meals (O-Meal) provided by the government after an interesting class session.

He said all members of the team were excited when they got to Osogbo Government High School, expressing delight that such excellent quality of schools is not only in Nigeria but are provided under the free education policy.
