Nollywood special effect make-up artist, Hakeem Ajibola, also known as Hakeem Effect, has narrowly escaped kidnappers.
It was gathered that the incident happened while he waa travelling through Ikenne, Ogun State.
The award-winning make-up artist made this known in a post via his Instagram page, stating that the gunmen attacked the bus he was travelling with, alongside his wife and staff.
While expressing appreciation to God for safety and life, Hakeem said his driver, known as Legba, was shot at a close range, as bullets were flying everywhere during the attack.
He said, “I thank God almighty for my life and the lives of my crew, we were attacked by kidnapers just after ikene 20minutes ago , they shot at us shattered the glass, kidnapped people …..but i thank God im alive, I thank God my driver (legba) was shot at at a close range, bullet flying everywhere but God drove if for us , me my wife and ny staffs are alive.”
