Operatives of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps, (NSCDC) in Niger State have arrested four suspects, who chopped off the penis of a two-year-old boy.
The arrested suspects are, Rabiu Murtala (33), Suleiman Gambo (19), Yusufa Murtala (22), and Aliyu Amiru (20) all from Niger state.
“The four criminal gangs cut off the manhood of this 2-year-old boy,” NSCDC commandant Joachim Okafor said.

Okafor also revealed that the suspects abducted a 13-year-old girl.
“They took turns raping her to fulfill the condition to make them fortified against all kinds of arms and ammunition,” he said.
The suspects and the father of the boy are family friends.
The father is seeking assistance for reconstructive surgery for his son as wishes for him to live a normal life.
Rabiu Murtala, one of the suspects, blamed the devil for the act.
He clarified that an herbalist asked them to bring a male genitalia for a charm.
According to the father of one, the herbalist told them the male organ was to prepare a fortification against all kinds of arms and ammunition.
Efforts made to get the medicine man, identified as Baba Sada, have not yielded positive results so far.
The commandant said his team will intensify efforts to arrest him and bring him to justice
