The National Youth Service Corps(NYSC) Coordinator in Sokoto state, Alhaji Musa Abubakar has confirmed the deployment of 2,300 corps members under the 2017 Batch ”A” Stream II to the state.
Abubakar made the disclosure Tuesday at the Wamakko Permanent Orientation camp while adding that the orientation exercise for the newly deployed corps members to the state opens Wednesday 26th July 2017.
According to the Coordinator, registration exercise commences on the same day, while it closes by midnight on Thursday, July 27.
Similarly, Abubakar said corps members who may successfully register will be sworn in on Friday, July 28, while the camp closes on Tuesday, August, 15.
” We have concluded all the necessary arrangements to ensure the security and welfare of the corps members, both during and after the orientation exercise”, he stated.
