OAU Management Suspends Randy Prof Akindele

The management of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, has suspended Prof. Richard Akindele, OsunDefender has learnt.

Prof. Akindele has been in the eye of the storm, following the release of an audio conversation between him and a female student in his department, where he purportedly requested for sex five times to pass the said lady who had failed a course.

The panel set up to investigate the allegation, according to findings submitted its report Tuesday.

Though details of the report is not available yet,  but multiple reliable sources told our correspondent Akindele has been suspended.
