Odo-Otin South ES, Monarch Sensitise Citizens On Omoluabi Registration Card

The Executive Secretary of Odo Otin South Local Council Development Area, Inisa, Hon. Rasaq Adeyemi has urged the people of the LCDA and its environs to come out enmasse for the ongoing registration of Osun Omoluabi Identification Card.

This was made known by the Information Officer of the council, Olamide Felix in a press release made available to Osun Defender in Osobgo.

Olamide said the council boss urged the monarchs in the LCDA to enlighten their people on the benefits of registering for Omoluabi Card which he said, would bring many dividends of democracy.

He explained that the registration is free and it doesn’t require any special document except one’s profile like name, age, sex among others.

The Olunisa of Inisa, Oba Joseph Oladunjoye Oyedele has also appealed to all Royal fathers in Odo-Otin South LCDA to disseminate the information in respect of the registration exercise to their people.

Meanwhile, the state has also noted that the LCDA has rehabilitated its fish pond at Ekunkun in Inisa which has been abandoned for years.

The rehabilitation work, the statement said was initiated by Adeyemi’s administration.

The Executive Secretary, according to the statement said, the rehabilitation of the pond was aimed at increasing the Internally Generated Revenue of the council area.
