The police inspector, Ago Egharevbe who allegedly killed a 20-year-old, Fashion designer, Taiwo Ayomide in Osun because of N50 bribe has been arrested and recommended for dismissal by the Nigeria Police Force.
A statement signed by Police Public Relations Officer, Osun State Command, Mrs Yemisi Opalola, and made available to newsmen confirmed his arrest.
Opalola who gave the name of the suspected killer officer as Ago Egharevbe said he has been tried in orderly room and the commissioner of police for Osun state, CP Undie Adie had recommended his dismissal to the IGP.
She further explained that the suspect would be charged to court on Monday.
Ayomide, was allegedly brutalised with the butt of the gun by Inspector Egharevbe over alleged N50 bribe.
Reports say Ayomide died early this morning at the Ladoke Akintola Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, where he was receiving treatment.Good morning, the Inspr name, Inspr. Ago Egharevbe suspect while victim is Ayomide Taiwo.

“The Inspector has been tried in orderly room and the commissioner of police for Osun state, CP Undie Adie had recommended his dismissal to the IGP and he is going to be charged to the court tomorrow,” Opalola said in the statement.
Ayomide has been battling for his life following a brutal gun attack on him by the suspected police officer.
One of the deceased relatives , who simply identified himself as Segun while breaking the bad news on a telephone call told newsmen that Olamide gave up the ghost this morning.
It would be recalled that Ayomide and one of his brothers identified as Oladimeji Wasiu were riding on a motorcycle from their home town of Iragbiji after Eid-el-Kabir celebration when the incident happened on Wednesday.
