Two brothers, Olamijuwon Noibi and Lukman Olatunbosun, have been arrested by the Ogun State Police for alleged gang rape in Oke Eri, Atan Ijebu Area of the state.
Sources said Noibi deceitfully invited the victim, Aminat Yakub, to his apartment, and then allegedly assaulted her sexually, conspiring with his younger sibling, Olatunbosun.
“On Saturday, Noibi reportedly invited Yakub to pay a visit to his mother, but on arriving at his house, she did not meet his mother. He was said to have forced her to drink an alcoholic drink, ‘Bullet’, afterwards, and physically assaulted her before raping her,” a source said.
It was also gathered that Noibi coerced his younger brother, Olatunbosun, with a knife so he could join him in the act, and filmed both of them while they were having sex.
The spokesperson for the Ogun Police Command, Omolola Odutola, when contacted, confirmed the incident.
She said the suspects had been arrested and would be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for a discreet investigation.
