Olorunda North LCDA Chair, Owonikoko Buried Amidst Tears

Amidst tears from family members, relatives and close associates, the remains of the Chairman of Olorunda North Local Council Development Area in the State of Osun, Hon Abdulqadri Ademola Owonikoko were interred on Tuesday.

The council boss was buried in his hometown, Oba Oke according to Islamic rites.

Owonikoko died late last night after battling a prolonged illness.

In attendance at the burial were officials of state government, members of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the state among others.
