Ondo Indigenes In Osun Declare Support For Oyetola

A group of Ondo State indigene base in Osun, Ondo Sunshine Group on Wednesday pledged support for the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola in the September 22 gubernatorial election.

The group advocated for the continuity of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola work in the state.

The group, spread across all the 30 local governments and Area Office in Modakeke made the declaration at their meeting in Osogbo organized to mobilise support of Oyetola.

In an interview with OSUN DEFENDER, former member of Ondo House of Assembly, Hon. Aisha Olasehinde hinted that their slogan “Ondo for Aregbe” is also known as Ondo Sunshine Group.

She said, the group under the chairmanship of Mr. Elijah Sunday, and the Secretary, Shola Ojo, had supported Aregbesola for his second term and now seeking the continuity of good work of Aregbesola.

In her word, the former lawmaker said, “We want the government of APC to continue in Osun, it’s the best for our people and for all the indigenes of Osun as well.

She then pledged full support for  Oyetola and said all Ondo residing in Osun will vote for him as the next Osun Governor

“We usher in Aregbesola for his second time and Oyetola shall also be expecting our votes in the September 22.
