One Month After Death, Celebrities Mourn Mohbad

One month after the untimely death of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka MohBad, some Nigerian celebrities and fans have taken to social media to honour the singer.

MohBad died on September 12, at the age of 27.

On Thursday, Nigerian artiste Samklef wrote to X, formerly Twitter, “Today makes it one month Mohbad left this world, but his light still exposes all the evil darkness. Drop your lights emoji for Imole. #justiceformohbad.”

Comedian OGB wrote, “1 month since you left us Imole, Forever in our heart, Mohbad.”

Fans of the Peace crooner have also joined in marking his one-month death anniversary.

One richie.wellz on X wrote, “Rest in MOH. Don’t forget to torment your killers. And they refuse to show us the autopsy result since you left.”

Usulor_Solomon tweeted, “Imole whosoever that off your light we are exposed to the world by the grace of God.”

Vicav007 wrote, “It hurts seeing how lively he was and having the best times, making the most out of the worst situations of his life. Staying and standing strong against all odds in the face of oppression and intimidation. Rest in power, IMOLE.”

Hef_hem4 wrote, “Nigeria is not giving this guy the justice he deserves. 9 9 9 gIMOLE, we are sorry for not giving you listening ears when you needed us.”

Qui_est_giwa wrote, “Happy six months also to Liam. Rest on Imole. Lona live Liam.”

MohBad welcomed a son, Liam, with his partner, Wunmi, exactly six months ago.
