A one-year-old child was burnt beyond recognition on Saturday morning when gunmen numbering over 100 invaded a riverine community in the Egan Oriomi Otto Awori Local Council Development Area of Ojo, Lagos State.
The hoodlums also set several houses on fire.
According to sources, 15 houses were burnt, and 10 people were shot.
The sources also noted that several others, among them a 90-year-old man, sustained deep match cuts in parts of their bodies.
