The Nigerian Police has educated citizens on how to handle SARS officials in a discussion that took place on twitter, as people asked various questions on Nigeria security.

The force stated that SARS officers do not have the mandate to stop and search anyone as their job description is to tackle robbery, cattle rustling, kidnapping, violent crimes and others.

  • Your rights in the face of threat to your life? SARS officials are not civil to that extent. They are audacious! Ready to maim or kill if you dare challenge them. These crop of police officers require total overhauling and re-orientation.
