Osun 2022: Oyetola’s Strategic Engagement Tour Moves To Ede Federal Constituency

 

In continuation of his Strategic Engagement tour to all local governments in the state, Gov. Gboyega Oyetola will tomorrow, Monday, February 14, 2022 visit Ejigbo and Egbedore local governments in Ede Federal Constituency.

A statement signed by Oluomo Sunday Akere, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters revealed the tour tagged, “Have you in mind always,” will take the Governor to the palace of Ogiyan of Ejigbo where the Governor will meet traditional rulers from the local government to notify them of his desire to seek reelection for a second term and ask for their royal blessing.

The train will move to the Oja Oba Central Mosque Area, Ejigbo where the Governor will be received by party faithfuls from all the wards in the local government.

The Governor will from there proceed to Awo headquarters of Egbedore local government where he will first meet the royal fathers at the palace of Alawo of Awo before going to the Open Field of Alawo Grammar School, Awo where he will address the party members and leaders.

The Governor’s visit to the two other local governments in Ede Federal Constituency (Ede North and Ede South) have been put on hold as a mark of respect to the departed party leader Alh. Sule Alao who died last week.

All party members, political office holders and leaders in the local governments being visited are to attend as a matter of importance.
