A former Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly and governorship aspirant on the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the 2026 governorship election in the state, Dr. Najeem Salaam, has submitted his nomination form at the party’s national headquarters in Abuja.
Salaam, who submitted his form on Monday evening, was accompanied by party stalwarts and stakeholders, was received by Atoku Abubakar, ADC Deputy National Organising Secretary.
According to Abubakar, Salaam is the only aspirant who obtained the party’s form ahead of today’s deadline.
He also announced that the primaries of the party have been rescheduled for December 15, 2025 from the earlier date of December 10.
“You are the only aspirant who obtained our form and we pray that you emerge victorious,” Abubakar said.
