The State of Osun Deputy Governor, Mrs Titi Laoye-Tomori was on Tuesday stopped her convoy to rescued two accident victims at Osogbo.
Mrs Tomori convoy was passing when she noticed the accident, involving a bike man with a passenger and the bus of Association of Doctors, Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife at popular Aregbe junction along Ogo-Oluwa, Osogbo.
The convoy stopped as the deputy governor came down from the car to assist in the rescue of the two victims.
When she came down she asked the onlookers if they had called O-Ambulance which they responded ‘yes.
The two victims were on unconscious for a while before doctors came down from their bus to resuscitate them.
The accident scene caused gridlock as passer-by and motorist stop to look at the duo lying down.
As soon as the ambulance arrived, they were wheeled away to the hospital while the deputy governor was still waiting to ensure the life of the duo is safe before she leaves the scene.
The immediate respond of O-Ambulance was therefore adjudged by sympathisers who describe the swift response as responsible and value to human lives.
