The convoy stopped as the deputy governor came down from the car to assist in the rescue of the two victims.
When she came down she asked the onlookers if they had called O-Ambulance which they responded ‘yes.
The two victims were on unconscious for a while before doctors came down from their bus to resuscitate them.

As soon as the ambulance arrived, they were wheeled away to the hospital while the deputy governor was still waiting to ensure the life of the duo is safe before she leaves the scene.
