Osun To Establish Cooperative Study Centres

The Government of the State of Osun in its drive to improve the educational sector will soon establish cooperative study centres across the State.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Cooperative Matters in the Ministry of Commerce, Industries and Cooperatives, Mr. Olugbenga Awosode revealed this while addressing Cooperative Societies from Iwo and Ede zones.

Mr. Awosode said that, the study centres to be affiliated with the Cooperative College in Ode-Omu when created which would make admission easier for students who are willing to get admitted into Cooperative Colleges.

According to him, the centres which will cut across all the six geopolitical zones in the state is expected to bring development to the constituencies.

He urged cooperative societies in all the six geopolitical zones to avail themselves of this opportunity and support the State government to improve the educational sector of the State.
