Local Government Staff in the State of Osun have been admonished to have a positive change of attitude towards performance and conduct of government work in the year 2018.
The Chairman, Local Government Service Commission, Elder Peter Babalola gave this advice during an Interdenominational Service organized for top Local Government functionaries held at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Local Government Service Commission.
Elder Babalola, who commended the leadership and management of Local Governments for their support during the out-gone year, urged them to rededicate themselves by being loyal and committed to the State Government.
He further encouraged the management staff to exhibit the sense of discipline and perform their official duties in conformity with work ethics.
The LG Commission Chairman said all hands must be on deck for revenue drive and generation in the New Year in a bid to improve the economic status of the state.
Earlier in welcome address, the Coordinating Director of the Commission, Mr. Lekan Babalola had emphasized the need for all officers in the service to contribute their quota towards the development of the state.
