In Osun, Man Docked For Disturbing People At Beer Parlour

A 23-year old man, Adegbola Niyi has been arraigned before a Magistrate Court in Osogbo in the State of Osun for allegedly disturbing people at a beer parlour.
Prosecutor Fagboyinbo Abiodun told the court that the accused on the 10th of November at Oke-Fia area, disturbed people at the popular Pavilion bar in Osogbo.
Abiodun said the accused also stabbed one Tijani Yussuf on the head with a broken bottle.
The prosecutor explained that the accused contravened sections 249(D) and 355 of the Criminal Code Cap 34, volume II, laws of Osun State of Nigeria 2003.
The accused however pleaded not guilty of the charge and his counsel, Barrister Bola Ige prayed the court to grant his client bail in the most liberal terms.
In his ruling, Magistrate Adenike Olowolagba granted the accused bail of N500,000 with two sureties in the like sum and adjourned the case till December 28, 2017.
