Osun Motorcyclists Hold Victory Rally For Gov Oyetola

The Association of Commercial motorcyclists in Osogbo, the capital of the State of Osun, today gathered a mammoth crowd of members of the association to celebrate election victory of Governor Gboyega Oyetola.

The motorcyclists, who waited to receive Mr. Oyetola at the outskirt of Osogbo, as the Governor was on his way from his country home, Iragbiji, turned the state capital agog with their dances and songs of jubilation.

In overt ecstasy and triumph, the motorcyclists led the Governor’s convoy and turned its movement to a snail’s speed from the entry point of Osogbo, through the city, to the Governor’s office, Abere.

Addressing the members of the association, Governor Oyetola expressed his appreciation, adding that he was surprised by their display of goodwill and love of progress.

He said the motorcyclists would enjoy the dividends of democracy in the state through different laudable projects that his government has embarked on.

He however, warned them never to allow their members to be used for anti-government activities.

Governor Oyetola also admonished the motorcyclists to be wary of non-member intruders, who always use their organization as umbrella to commit crimes.
