The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has deployed Mr Abdulkadir Alao Sulu as the new State Commandant to Osun State.
This was made known in a press release by the Public Relations Officer, Mr Adigun Daniel.
The new State commandant until his new posting was the NSCDC’s Liaison officer at the ministry of Interior.
According to the release, Commandant Abdulkadir Alao Sulu took over from Commandant Adeyinka Oguntuase who has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Commandant General.
The statement added further that the new State Commandant before his recent appointment had worked as a Commander of NSCDC’s Counter Terrorism Department and a Pioneer Staff Officer in the Counter Terrorism Centre Office of the National Security Adviser.
Mr Abdulkadir Alao Sulu who was received by his predecessor promised to continue from where he stopped adding that his administration will not tolerate indiscipline, ensure the protection of critical national infrastructure as well as strengthening the relative peace in the State by effectively carrying out the statutory mandates of the Corps.
