The Osun State Command of the Nigera Security and Civil Defence Corps, has apprehended a 24 year old man, Sola Jimoh over theft of a motorcycle.
The spokesperson of the command, Kehinde Adeleke in a statement on Friday, noted that the suspect on stole the motorcycle on Christmas day in Osogbo.
“Jimoh confessed that when he got to Osogbo, he found a motorcycle parked under a tree at Powerline, with no one around.
“He quickly took the motorcycle, but the owner soon discovered the theft and reported it to the nearest NSCDC office. The suspect was apprehended while trying to escape with the stolen motorcycle,” the statement said.

The state Commandant, Igbalawole Sotiyo, stated that the suspect explained that his motorcycle was stolen in September 2024, which led him to seek revenge by stealing another motorcycle.
Commandant Sotiyo assured the public that Jimoh will be charged to a court of competent jurisdiction where his fate will be determined.
The Commandant also urged the public to provide actionable intelligence to the nearest security agency to prevent crime and criminality.
