After playing a prominent role in the Osun Osogbo festival for 12 years, the votary maid (Arugba Osun), Osuntomi Ewatomilola Omolara, is now married.
Rumour had swelled before this year’s festival that this year’s would be the last that would be performing the duty as the votary maid.
Those rumours have been laid to rest as pictures of the former votary maid alongside her husband were posted on social media.
