Osun Police Nabs Four Armed Robbers, Recovers 19 Cars

The Police in the State of Osun has recovered 19 cars from four suspected armed robbers arrested by the command.

The Police Commissioner, Olafimihan Adeoye disclosed this while parading the suspects at the police headquarters in Osogbo.

The arrested suspects include Adeleke Timothy, Akoodu Olufemi, Kehinde Badmos and Adenle Babatunde Olusola.

Twelve Toyota Camry cars, four Toyota Corolla cars, one Toyota Highlander SUV and one Nissan Sunny car were recovered from the suspects.

The CP said arms recovered from them included one locally made pistol, one live cartridge and charms.

He said their arrest was prompted by the complaints by some of their victims, adding that the suspects would be arraigned in court without delay.

He thereby urged the people of the state to continue supplying the command with useful information in order to achieve a crime free state.
