Osun Poly SUG Election Disrupted, Management Suspends Process
The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has ordered the indefinite suspension of the ongoing Student Union Government election of the institution after some suspected hoodlums reportedly hijacked and disrupted the process.
The institution’s management spoke through an internal memorandum, signed by Mr. Olayide Lawal for the Registrar, to halt the process which started on Thursday morning.
The memorandum reads, “Following the disruption of the ongoing Students Union Government election. Management has directed that the election should be suspended with immediate effect.”
