FULL hearing will commence on the petition filed by Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC) against the declaration of Sen. Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as Governor-elect, on October 26.
The governorship election petition tribunal had yesterday concluded pre-hearing on the petition, declaring that proper hearing will commence on the case on the next adjournment date.
Counsels for all the parties in the matter, after arguments on pending applications, agreed to commence the full hearing by calling witnesses on October 26, 2022.
In its ruling, the tribunal declared the pre-hearing session concluded and announced that the pre-hearing conference report would be presented on Monday, October 17.
