Over 250 Oyo Civil Servants To Sit For 2025 Clerical Conversion Examination
The Oyo State Government has announced that over 250 junior civil servants will sit for the 2025 Clerical and Allied Staff Conversion Examination.
The Commissioner for Establishments and Training, Prof. Salihu Adelabu, disclosed this in Ibadan, stating that the examination is scheduled to hold on Friday, 19 December 2025, at the Simeon Adebo Staff Development Centre, Secretariat, Ibadan, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
According to the commissioner, officers eligible for the exercise include Clerical Assistants, Clerical Officers, Stores Attendants, Stores Keepers, Judiciary staff and other allied personnel who have duly applied for the conversion.
Prof. Adelabu explained that examination slips would be issued only to candidates who correctly completed and submitted their application forms on or before Monday, 15 December 2025, warning that applicants who fail to meet the requirement would not be allowed to participate in the examination.
He further emphasised that any candidate who fails to properly complete the attendance register would not be recognised as having taken part in the examination, stressing the importance of strict compliance with all examination guidelines.
The commissioner advised candidates to arrive early at the venue and conduct themselves in an orderly manner to ensure a smooth and hitch-free examination process.
