Pastor Adeboye Son Dies

The third child of the General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, Dare has died.

Church officials who confirmed the development said, the 42-year-old, who is the second son and third child of the revered cleric, died in his sleep after officiating in church on Sunday.

It was gathered that after he returned from church, he asked not to be disturbed as he retired to his bedroom to sleep but did not wake up afterwards.

According to insider sources, it was when his wife, Temiloluwa Adeboye noticed her husband’s unusual sleeping hours and could not reach him on phone that she raised the alarm and he was discovered dead.

It was gathered that the younger Adeboye was neither sick nor on medication when the tragic incident happened.

Head of Media and Public Relations, RCCG, Pastor Olaitan Olubiyi also confirmed the tragedy on Thursday morning.

He said, “It is true. The incident happened in Eket, Akwa Ibom where he was based. I don’t have the details for now. Maybe before the end of today, we will issue a statement.”

Dare, whom his dad last year described as his first miracle child would have been 43 in June.
