Amidst the crisis rocking the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) a former Senate President, Adolphus Wabara, has been named acting Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Party.
This is coming after the resignation of Walid Jibrin on Thursday.
He has also been named the Political Adviser of the National Chairman of the PDP, Dr. Iyorchia Ayu.
Before now, Wabara was the Secretary of the PDP BoT, and he would also be appointed to the presidential campaign council of the PDP.
It was also gathered that the Chairman of the PDP Governor’s forum who doubles as Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, will also resign as the chairman of the forum.
