A 28-year-old man, Odeyale Akeem has been arraigned before an Osogbo Magistrate court for alleged stealing of Infinix Hot 4 phone.
The charge sheet read in court revealed that the accused person stole one Infinix Hot 4, valued N35, 000 and cash sum N3, 500, property of one Mr. Sulaiman Isiaka.
Akeem was arrested on April 22, 2018 at about 2am at Fiwasaye area, Osogbo.
The offence committed, the charge sheet disclosed, is contrary to and punishable under section 390(9) of criminal code CAP 34 VOL.11 Law of Osun state, Nigeria, 2003.
However, the accused person pleaded not guilty to the charge preferred against him.
Presiding Magistrate O.T Badmus granted the accused bail with the sum of N100, 000 and one surety in like sum. The surety must swear to affidavit of means and the address must be confirmed by the police.
The case was later adjourned to October 30, 2018 for hearing.
