Here are images from the just-concluded National Convention of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Abuja, yesterday.
The event, held at the Rainbow Events Centre, attracted the presence of high-profile party chieftains, including former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former Governors of Anambra, Kano, Rivers – Peter Obi, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Rotimi Amaechi, among others.
The convention also returned the David Mark-led National Working Committee of the party, affirming their leadership of the party despite the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) derecognising the party on April 1st, 2026, and scheming allegations against the partisanship of the umpire’s chief, Prof. Joash Amupitan.
