(Photos) Super Eagles Midfielder Becomes A Portuguese

Nigerian footballer and Super Eagles Midfielder, Mikel Ndubusi Agu, has gotten himself citizenship of Portugal.

Agu presently plays as midfielder for Portuguese side Vitória de Guimarãe. He took to his Instagram page to announce the development.

“What God cannot do does not exist, now a Portuguese,” he posted while holding his Portuguese passport on Tuesday.

By the Constitution of Portugal, you can become a citizen by naturalization after six years of residency, Agu on his part has spent over a decade in Portugal.
