A magistrate court sitting in Osogbo on Wednesday arraigned a 29-year-old woman Fisayo Adedeji over alleged stealing of N145,000.00 and one techno phone.
The prosecutor the inspector Jafani Muslim informed the court that the defendant committed the offense on June 9, 2018 at about 8: 00am at Atelewo Area, Osogbo.
The suspect allegedly entered the dwelling house of one Mrs. Oyegbade Elizabeth and stole the sum of N145,000 only and one techno T350 phone valued N4,800, total property valued N149,800.
Fisayo who is having no legal representative pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against her.
The magistrate, Mrs Modupe Awodele granted the defendant bail in the sum of N150,000 with two sureties in the same sum. One of them must be civil servant while the other must reside within the court jurisdiction and shall swear to an affidavit of means.
