The Police, on Monday arraigned a 22-year-old man, Njokwu ThankGod, for allegedly stealing a Plasma television valued at #40,000.
ThankGod who lives at Ilesha road is facing a count charge of stealing.
The Police Prosecutor, Sgt Sunday Osanyetiyi told the court that the accused broke into a shop at Ilesha road and stole Plasma television on 18th December, 2017.
He said the offence contravened section 287 and 347 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Osun State, 2012.
When the one count was read to the accused, he pleaded not guilty.
The Prosecutor asked the court for adjournment to enable him study the case file.
The Magistrate, Mr Olamilekan Ijiyode adjourned the case to 14th February, 2018 for hearing.
