A 40-year old, Sofoluwe Onikeji have been arraigned before an Osogbo Magistrate court on a one count charge of stealing moulded blocks worth N156, 000.
The charge sheet disclosed that the accused person dishonestly stole 1,120 moulded blocks belonging to one Akinola Falola contrary to and punishable under section 390 of Osun State criminal code law 2003.
The charge sheet stated that the accused person committed the offence on September 30, 2017, at Dagbolu Area of the State capital.
The accused person pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against him.
Alfred Adegoke, the defense counsel, prayed the court to grant his client bail in the most liberal terms.
The police prosecutor, Sergeant Adekunle Bukola, did not oppose the bail application.
The presiding Magistrate, Ayo Ayeni granted the accused bail in the sum of N100,000 with one surety in the like sum.
He then adjourned the case for mention till December 12, 2017.
