Police Arraigned One For Phone Theft

Osun State Police Command has arraigned a 26-year-old man,Pamilerinayo Seyi before a Magistrate Court in Osogbo, Osun over alleged stealing of Nokia phone.
Pamilerinayo was docked on Monday September 3, 2018 over alleged stealing of Nokia phone that worth N4,000.
He also said the accused persons stole infinix hot 5 phone that worth N39,500 and two Diamond Bank ATM cards.
He further said that the offence committed is contrary to section 390 and punishable under section 390(a) of criminal code cap 34 vol.11laws of osun state of Nigeria 2003.
The Prosecutor, Inspector Olayinka Rasaq, informed the court that the accused persons committed the offence on August 29, 2018 at Osun State University Osogbo main campus Oke-Baale, area.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the count charge against him.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. Fatima Sodamade granted the accused bail in the sum of N100,000 with one surety.
The case was adjourned to September 2018 for mention.
