For Allegedly stealing a sum of N700,000, the Osun State Police Command has arraigned a 26-year- old Olokose Oluwasanya Timilehin before an Osogbo magistrate court.
The charge sheet read in the court disclosed that the accused person and others at large stole the sum of N 700,000,by transferring the money from one Mr. Atoyebi’s account using First Bank mobile transfer without the owner’s consent.
It was disclosed in the charge sheet that the offence is contrary to and punishable under section 390(9) of criminal code cap 34 vol.II laws of Osun state of nigeria 2002.
The accused person pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against him.
Presiding Magistrate O.T Badmus adjourned the case to November 13 2018 for hearing.
