The CP also decorated four newly promoted Chief Superintendents of Police: Adeniran Akinwumi, Ofanson Vincent, Ogunleye Kehinde and Falade Sesan Reuben.

Highlighting key breakthroughs, Eribo said three suspects were arrested on November 20, 2025, in Ado-Ekiti while allegedly planning bank attacks.

Another suspect, Jerimiah Nwagh, was arrested on November 3 for allegedly aiding kidnappers involved in an abduction in Oke-Ako-Ekiti.

He assured residents of intensified patrols and proactive policing in 2026.
