Operatives of the police in Ile Ife have arrested seven robbery suspects that have been terrorising residents of Akarabata line 1 just as they recovered three vehicles stolen by the robbers.
Osundefender gathered that while parading the suspects along with others, the Area commander, Funsho Adegboye disclosed that the suspects broke into their victims houses at night, packed their belongings inside their cars and drove them away very early in the morning.
The suspects names, according to police are: Adedayo Peter (24), Omoniyi Ridawan(28), Joseph Adeoye (21), Najeem Taju (27), Akanmu Tosin (33), Michael Falade (30) and Samuel Iyonu (26).
The Area commander added that investigation is still ongoing to get the actual number of robbers disturbing the peace of the city.
