Police Arrest Prophet for Raping EKSU Student
The Ekiti State Police Command has arrested a self-acclaimed prophet, Ajayi Oluwatosin (40), for allegedly raping a 20-year-old 100-level student of Ekiti State University.
Commissioner of Police Joseph Eribo disclosed this while parading suspects for rape, defilement, and armed robbery in Ado-Ekiti.
He also confirmed the arrest of Ajetomobi Ayomide (23) for repeatedly defiling an eight-year-old girl and threatening to kill her.
Two robbery suspects, Bolaji Kazeem and Isa Sikirulahi, were caught with a locally made pistol, live cartridges, and a stolen motorcycle.
Eribo vowed that all suspects would be prosecuted and urged residents to support police efforts.
