Pollution looms at Omi-Asoro Community in Ilesa North East area of State of Osun as lifeless body of a mad man was found beside the Redeem Christian Church of God (RCCG), Orita Iloko Road in the area.
According to a reliable source, the said man was sighted in the area in the last four weeks, and was reported dead last Saturday.
OSUN DEFENDER gathered that the corpse has been abandoned since then without any attention from the community or the community.
However, residents of the area are calling on the State Government, Ministry of Environment,. Local Government authorities,especially the Ilesa North LCDA council Chairman, the Landlord Association of Omi-Asro Orita Iloko Communities to swing into action as the development can cause environmental pollution.
