Poly Student In Fatal Accident, Unions Seek Financial Assistant

Students’ Union Government and National Association of Business Administration Management Study (NABAMS) of the Osun State Polytechnic Iree, have sought financial assistance for the treatment of an HND II students in the department of Business Administration, Wole Rachael Ayomide who recently fell victims of a motorcycle accident.

Ayomide was recently involved in a fatal accident after a group reading with her friends.

In a release jointly signed by the SUG and NABAMS executives to seek financial assistance for the victim, it was stated that the victim was returning from the venue of the group reading in preparation for the forthcoming examination when the incident occurred.

According to the statement, the victim was on a motorcycle when unconsciously, a vehicle on a high speed lose its direction and hit her.

According to the release, she was rushed to Ogo Oluwa H spital in Iree where she was given treatment and subsequently referred to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Osogbo for better treatment because the injury sustained was grievous.
