Queen Silekunola Naomi of Ile-Ife, has today announced her separation from the Arole Oodua and Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II.
The queen made the revelation through a statement posted on her verified Instagram handle on Thursday sighting “irreconcilable differences”.
The Ooni previously suffered a marital breakdown in 2017 when he split from Edo-born Zaynab-Otiti Obanor, whom he married as a monarch on March 16, 2016. Obanor’s marriage to the king lasted for 17 months before the separation.
The marriage to queen Naomi lasted three years.
