RAMP: Osun Is The Best Performing State – World Bank Team Lead

The World Bank has rated the state of Osun as the best performing state under the Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP).

During the World Bank mission on Rural Access Mobility Project II in Osogbo, Engr. Ahmed, the World Bank Task team leader for RAMP said Osun is the best performing State in the country.

He commended the strong commitment of the State Government through its continuous payment of the required counterpart fund in spite of the paucity of funds.

Engr Ahmed said another reason why the State is the best is due process as it’s process is better than other States in the country.

As an agarian state, The State of Osun remains committed to providing infrastructure and an enabling environment for its farmers.  To this end, the Government of  Mr Gboyega Oyetola is opening up more rural roads to enable farmers create wealth.
